Bianca is a certified yoga and pilates instructor as well as a life/wellness coach, retreat host and more.


While studying psychology Bianca was introduced to the mind-body-spirit connection, which completely transformed her life. She believes that in order to live a fulfilled and abundant life we must be well in body, mind and soul; this is why her signature approach to coaching and teaching is centered in mind-body-spirit teachings. 


Bianca's work fuses inner healing techniques with positive thinking and spiritual connection to create a holistic approach to becoming your best self and creating your best life. She truly believes that you can be, do and have everything that your heart desires. Bianca uses her wisdom and experiences to help awaken others to their true potential. 


Bianca is committed to helping others become the best version of themselves and create the best version of their lives. Bianca's work is currently delivered in person classes and workshops, and destination retreats. 



Heather Brown, LMT graduated from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in 2019. Since then, she has continued to grow her knowledge as a massage therapist. She offers a variety of modalities in order to provide a customized session for each client. Whether you desire a deeply indulgent massage, work on long term injuries and trauma, or prenatal massage, Heather is able to meet you where you are in your life journey. Come take a break from every day life stresses and get rejuvenated. In her free time, Heather enjoys spending time with her family, horses and dogs.
