Celebrate the winter solstice with this unique and enchanting event. The winter solstice is the official start to winter and it is the day of the year with the most darkness. In this class we will embrace and celebrate the darkness as the studio is transformed into a galaxy of lights. Here we will practice yoga and experience a sound bath under the "stars". Arrive at 5:15 pm for a complimentary cup of ceremonial grade Cacao Yoga + Sound begin at 5:30 pm
