Full Lotus Yoga + Wellness is proud to present the first annual Central New York Women's Wellness Summit happening Sunday, October 5th at Green Lakes State Park!

This full-day event features a variety of wellness sessions led by expert instructors from throughout Central New York! Everything from yoga and sound baths to mocktails and self-massage, breathwork, meditation, workout class, and more!
