About the Event
Discover feelings of peace and relaxation through breath and movement in this 60-minute gentle yoga practice. All levels of practitioners including beginners are welcome and encouraged to join. Please bring a mat and wear comfortable clothing for ease of movement.
Registrants will receive class reminders 24 hours before class start time.
