About the Event
EmpowHER is a 3 week power yoga program focused on building flexibility, strength and balance in both the body and mind.
EmpowHER blends dynamic yoga sequences with journal prompts, guided meditation and more.
This whole being experience is limited to 14 participants. Registration is required. This power yoga program is included in all memberships/packages. If you register for a package the classes will automatically be deducted from your account.
