August Sunset Yoga + Yogic Sleep Meditation

Join us for a peaceful evening of movement and meditation as the sun sets over Lake Delta. This 75 minute class begins with gentle yoga to open the body and quiet the mind, followed by a deeply relaxing yoga nidra (yogic sleep meditation) to ground you in calm and clarity.
